These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Zoom Drain Phoenix, including our SMS messaging program. By submitting a service request or communicating with us via text message, you agree to these terms.

1. SMS Messaging Program

Zoom Drain Phoenix — Service Communication Program

Program Transactional SMS messages related to drain and plumbing service requests — including appointment confirmations, dispatch notifications, missed-call follow-ups, and service status updates.

Message Frequency Varies. Typically 1–3 messages per service request. No recurring promotional blasts.

Rates Message and data rates may apply. Determined by your mobile carrier. Zoom Drain Phoenix does not charge separately for SMS.

To Opt Out Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

2. Consent to Contact

By providing your phone number and submitting a service request — whether directly or through a third-party platform such as Angi's — you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Zoom Drain Phoenix at the number provided, for the purpose of responding to your request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

This consent covers:

Outbound phone calls from our team or automated systems
SMS text messages related to your service request
Voicemail messages left on your behalf

3. Use of Services

By requesting a service or quote, you represent that:

You are the property owner or authorized to request service at the address provided
The contact information you provide is accurate and belongs to you
You are 18 years of age or older

4. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates provided via phone, SMS, or other communication are preliminary and subject to change upon on-site inspection. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Zoom Drain Phoenix is not bound by any estimate provided without a signed service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoom Drain Phoenix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from communication failures, SMS delivery issues, or delays outside our control, including carrier outages or number portability errors.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
